Problem: Students often refer to VCU as " The Safety School "
Insight: Students see VCU as a “safe to be you” school and this attitude has carried over into the city.
Strategy: Celebrate all that VCU alumni & supporters create with the safety of self-expression.

Ask: Develop a creative brief for ways Hallmark should sell cards?
Problem: Cards are dying, digital is dominating, tastes are expanding, and perception is changing.
Strategy: Get people to remember the power of a greeting card.
